Stacey
Pullen (US)
Friday 9 July 2004 at Zouk
Following in then footsteps of Detroit legends Derrick May, Juan Atkins
and Kevin Saunderson, Stacey Pullen is amongst the second wave of artists
to spin out of the epicenter of techno. Similar to the innovators that
came before him, Stacey's first release was a big sound influencing others
throughout the world. Following that, remix projects and releases on Saunderson's
KMS, Derrick May's Transmat, R&S, Warner and Virgin, to name a few, led
to a global demand for his DJ sets. His magical style, effortlessly weaving
in and out of house and techno, has taken him all over North and South
America, Europe, Asia, New Zealand, Australia and the Caribbean.
